Bateman's Bay 3 of 3

We spent the morning of our last day in Bateman's Bay hanging out at the closest beach to our house. As we walked down the hill to the beach we saw a pod of dolphins in the water! They were moving away from us so we only had a few moments to get some photos.

The next beach to the south was a rock beach and Emily LOVED playing in the tide pools and throwing rocks in the water.

The rock beach was very different from the rock beaches in the Northwest. There were tons of these tiny shells mixed in with the rocks.

All in all, our trip was fantastic! Feeding kangaroos, wallabies, peacocks and deer...holding snakes and wombats....seeing dolphins in the ocean....playing on the beach for 3 days. We couldn't ask for a better weekend!
