Sleeping champion!
I am proud to share that our little Emily is a sleeping champion! This is our normal evening schedule.
6:15pm Begin bedtime routine
6:30pm-6:45pm Emily is asleep or laying in her crib "drowsy but awake"
5am-6am Emily wakes up for a feeding and goes back to sleep
7:00am - 7:30am Emily wakes up for the day.
What a wonderful schedule, no? The other night, she surprised us by sleeping 12 hours straight!
The only "bad" thing is we can't go out to dinner with friends anymore. But instead, we have them over to our house :). Really, we aren't complaining!

We took her on a walk around the nature preserve near our house. She slept through it all. (Chris shows some Husky pride! GO HUSKIES!)
At that "mostly asleep, still barely sucking on the bottle" stage.
Passed out on the playmat. She loves those rings and that blue bird!

Mom says I'm getting so big! She loves my smiles and talking.
I love it when she sings to me. Especially when she uses my feet as microphones. I smile really big and sometimes sing with her.
Mom also says that she thinks I like to hear the sound of my own voice. When I make loud squeals, she laughs at me. I like to stare at myself in the mirror on my playmat and talk to myself.
Speaking of my playmat, I'm using it more and more. I love the mirror, rattle and the red bird!
I rolled over the other day for the first time! From my belly to my back. I was a little startled when it happened. Mom video'd me the second time I did it.
Aunt Kara asked for some new pictures, so here you go Aunt Kara! You can click on the picture if you want to see a larger version :).
