He rigged up a night-vision video baby monitor using:
1. An old webcam (which he took apart, removed the IR filter, and put it back together)
2. Old laptop
3. Flashlight
4. Developed film
5. Duct tape.
...all which we had on hand (we didn't have to spend any money!)
MacGyver anyone?
